Ligi Warranty & No-Chew Policy

Enjoy peace of mind with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Under Australian Consumer Law, Ligi will repair, replace, or refund (partially or fully) any item that arrives damaged or faulty. Proof of purchase is required to process all claims.

We kindly ask that you note the following:

• Warranty is void if the product shows signs of general wear and tear, has been misused, or incorrectly cleaned or cared for.
  
  

• Products that have been chewed or destroyed by your pet are not covered under our new No-Chew Policy. (We love your furry friends—but we can’t replace chew toys!)
  
  

To Make a Warranty Claim:

1. Contact us in writing at hello@ligi.com.au
   
   

2. Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
   
   

3. Provide clear photos or videos showing the fault—video is required for any leakage or suction issues.
   
   

4. We may request the item be returned for assessment or ask for additional info to help us find the best resolution.
