When Will My Order Be Sent?
Orders are packed and sent within 1–3 business days You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped - During peak times (like holidays or promotions), dispatch may take a little longer

We know you're excited to get your Ligi gear—so we work hard to get it to you quickly, safely, and with a wag

We currently ship to all Australian states and territories, including P.O Boxes - We don’t offer international shipping just yet—but we’re working on it!
Delivery times may vary depending on your location—rural and regional areas may take a little longer

Authority to Leave: If you select "Leave my parcel unattended" at checkout, we’ll do just that. Just note: we can’t take responsibility for parcels marked as delivered
Pre-orders & Backorders: If you order something on pre-order, your full order will be shipped when all items are ready. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page

Double-check your address! We aren’t able to recover orders sent to an incorrect address

Warranty & No-Chew Policy
Yes! Every Ligi bottle comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Under Australian Consumer Law, we’ll repair, replace, or refund (partially or fully) any item that arrives faulty or damaged. Proof of purchase is required for all claims
Our warranty doesn’t cover:
  • General wear and tear
  • Misuse, incorrect cleaning, or poor care
  • Products chewed or destroyed by pets (our No-Chew Policy)
We’ll make it right, so your next sip-slurp-wag is worry-free

  3. Provide clear photos or videos showing the fault
  4. We may ask you to return the product for assessment or request extra info to resolve the issue
As much as we love your best mate, Ligi bottles aren’t built for chewing

Our warranty covers genuine product faults, not pet-made damage

Refunds and Returns Information
You’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your item:

If your order shows up damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll sort it out quickly

We can offer a refund, replacement, or store credit

Just contact us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number (proof of purchase)
  • A quick description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing the problem

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on water bottles

We’ll guide you through the return so you and your best mate can get back to adventuring.
  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 6 to 12 business days
  • Refunds go straight back to your original payment method, and we’ll email you once it’s done
We’ll take care of postage if the item is faulty or incorrect
  • If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping
  • We recommend using tracked shipping if your return is lost in transit, we can’t cover it
We can’t accept returns on:
  • Items that have been used, tested, or chewed (unless faulty)
  • Items damaged from misuse or poor care
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Change of mind on water bottles
