Other Things to Know
Authority to Leave: If you select "Leave my parcel unattended" at checkout, we’ll do just that. Just note: we can’t take responsibility for parcels marked as delivered
Pre-orders & Backorders: If you order something on pre-order, your full order will be shipped when all items are ready. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page
Double-check your address! We aren’t able to recover orders sent to an incorrect address
Warranty & No-Chew Policy
Do you offer a warranty?
What isn’t covered under warranty?
- General wear and tear
- Misuse, incorrect cleaning, or poor care
- Products chewed or destroyed by pets (our No-Chew Policy)
How do I make a warranty claim?
- Email us: hello@ligi.com.au
- Include your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the fault
- We may ask you to return the product for assessment or request extra info to resolve the issue
Why a No-Chew Policy?
Our warranty covers genuine product faults, not pet-made damage
Refunds and Returns Information
If Something’s Not Right
If your order shows up damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll sort it out quickly
We can offer a refund, replacement, or store credit
Just contact us within 7 days with:
- Your order number (proof of purchase)
- A quick description of the issue
- Photos or a short video showing the problem
Change of Mind?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on water bottles
How Long Refunds Take
- Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 6 to 12 business days
- Refunds go straight back to your original payment method, and we’ll email you once it’s done
Who Covers Return Postage?
- If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping
- We recommend using tracked shipping if your return is lost in transit, we can’t cover it
What Can’t Be Returned
- Items that have been used, tested, or chewed (unless faulty)
- Items damaged from misuse or poor care
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Change of mind on water bottles
