Ligi is an Aussie-owned small business selling pet accessories and innovative water bottles. We care about quality, safety, and our community of pet lovers.

2. Using This Website

You're welcome to browse and shop, but please don’t use our site for anything unlawful or harmful. We ask that you don’t mess with the site or misuse any content.

3. Product Info

We do our best to keep product descriptions, photos, and pricing accurate and up to date. If we spot an error, we’ll fix it quickly. Prices and details can change without notice.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (if applicable).

We accept a range of secure payment options:

Visa, and Mastercard

PayPal

Apple Pay

Google Pay

Stripe (for secure online payments)

Shop (Shopify payment system)

Orders won’t be sent until payment has gone through. We don’t store your payment info it’s all handled safely through our payment providers.

5. Order Process

Placing an order doesn’t guarantee acceptance. We might cancel an order if:

There's a pricing or product error

We suspect fraud

An item is unavailable

If we do cancel, we’ll let you know and give you a full refund straight away.

6. Shipping

We deliver Australia-wide. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you tracking info.

Delivery times are estimates only delays caused by couriers or weather are out of our control, but we’ll do our best to help.

7. Returns & Refunds

If something’s not right, we’ve got your back. We follow the Australian Consumer Law, which gives you the right to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is:

8. Product Safety

We make sure our products meet Australian safety standards especially those used by or around pets. If something’s not safe, we’ll stop selling it and take quick action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our site like our logo, product names, images, and text belongs to Ligi or our partners. Please don’t copy or reuse it without asking.

10. Privacy

We care about your privacy. Your personal info is collected, used, and stored in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy.

We never sell your data or spam you.

11. Liability

We follow the law, but just so you know:

We’re not liable for things outside our control (e.g. courier delays, third-party failures).

Our responsibility for faulty products is limited to a refund, repair, or replacement as required by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

12. Force Majeure

If there’s something big going on (like floods, fires, strikes, or system failures) that stops us from fulfilling your order, we’re not responsible for delays but we’ll keep you updated.

13. Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of Australia and are governed by the federal laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. If there's ever a dispute, it’ll be handled in Australian courts.
